Ok so I have boobs on the mind today...
-two really cool knitting projects that I want to do.
Tit Bits
A Condom Amulet
I just picked up some new needles and a project book - I have revisited knitting again and can't wait to start these projects and see how they turn out. I bought some silky red yarn that I will do the amulet and bra/breast pouch. I have two daughters (who are discovering boys)and they just got cell phones too. These will be perfect gifts for them I think and just in time for Christmas.
The Tit Bits I want to make and donate. I think it is important and I want to make a contribution.
So there are my knitting projects.
Knitting in Second Life
- I bought some knitting needles and knitting script for my Avitar - she now knits in SL how cool is that?? Well I wanted to join the knitting club in SL and unfortunately its members don't meet any more. If anyone wants to make a new group - a crochet and knitting circle more or less - please contact me. Any Second Life Plurkettes out there?
A Plurk bud Connie
that I met in SL at the BlogHer 2008 conference in SL started the Frozen Pea Fund. It's an amazing story (read it here)- well she just started recently keeping office hours in SL and I have plans to pop over to her office and chat with her about how I can help her cause. She is an awesome lady - I enjoy what she contributes as a media guru on the Plurkshops and her cause with the Frozen Pea Fund.
***Thank you Connie, I am coming to see you in-world real soon***
Ok so I want to also share that I have a more "adult" blog but it's a good none the less - not too erotic or real pornographic material - just "adult matter and content". Hop on over and check it out - you'll find more boobie postings (a video about another kind of Breast Cancer) how to talk to your kids about sex, toy reviews and more over there.
Ok so I am off to knit and plan - and catch up the laundry. Have a great weekend and Labor Day!

The Bachelor Guy » 10 Things You Can Clean in Your Dishwasher Besides Dishes
I found the following little tidbit today while reading a blog about Lesbian Bed Death (you can Google that one in your spare time) - but anywhoo - so I will confess I never thought of putting my rims in there but I have washed nick-knacks, baby toys, kitchen sponges and scrubbies and other things to sanitize and clean them.
But there is something that just kinda oozes grossness about putting ones crocs or flip flops or other things mentioned in the list that doesn't sit well with me - I dunno, am I the only one?

Fortunately, the little critters didn't cause too much dammage - just two tiny tomatos and a few leaves were lost. You can see there are lots of fruit to be had in a few more days - yum!!

The Who, the What and Where
Hello My name is Rebecca. I own and operate my own cleaning service in the Southwest Georgia area - aka Rooster-Poot, GA (Rooster-Poot is not an actual town but Coolidge is). I make my own cleaning concoctions, laundry soaps and crochet handy things to make my job easier. I craft in multiple mediums - a lot of recyclables and finds and have many projects I like to experiment with. I also am a sex educator and have a network of girl friends who do the same. We provide tools and techniques to enhance and inspire the inner sex-goddess we all have in us. I am a mother of three and married.
My nest is located on 10 acres of the finest swamp and pine woods you can find 15 miles from the nearest grocery store. It is here where turkeys, quail and hawks are found and visit often. The rabbits and deer dine freely amongst the garden delights I planted earlier this year. The bug critters come to swarm and procreate amongst the flora and fauna and their sound serenade us on our homestead long through the night.
If I had more time and more resources I'd keep birds (chickens, pheasants and quail) and some other farm friends (a goat or two and an ass). At the moment, keeping kids and the hubby is a full time job. I do enjoy sewing, cooking, crochet, pickling veggies and gardening (more on my methods later).
Happy Homesteading ~Rebecca
